Below, you will find the information that is necessary in order to file a GAP claim.

Required documentation for claims processing:

1. Copy of the GAP Waiver
2. Copy of the loan agreement
3. Police report
4. Copy of the check from the insurance company
5. Copy of how the insurance company reached their actual cash value on the vehicle
6. Payoff from the bank, at the time of the loss, and account number
7. Amount of refund, if any, on service contract, warranty, credit life etc.
8. Daytime phone number where you may be reached
